To equip attendees with knowledge and practical skills to address, challenge and prevent inappropriate behaviours.

At the end of this session delegates should be able to:

Define bullying and sexual harassment and recognise their manifestations in the workplace.
Explain the potential impact of such behaviours on the team and patient care.
Identify relevant frameworks that underpin appropriate workplace conduct.
Discuss methods for addressing and managing incidents of bullying or harassment in the workplace.
Commit to fostering a positive workplace environment aligned with professional and regulatory standards.
