Course Description
This interactive session is designed to help dental nurses develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to negotiate effectively in the workplace. Participants will explore the principles and stages of negotiation, learn practical communication strategies, and discover techniques for managing challenging discussions and resolving conflicts constructively. Through reflection and scenario-based activities, attendees will identify their personal negotiation style, overcome common barriers, and apply strategies that lead to positive outcomes in professional interactions.
Course Aims
- To develop understanding of the principles and stages of negotiation as a dental nurse.
- To equip attendees with communication strategies that support effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
- To enable attendees to build confidence in overcoming barriers and managing challenging discussions to achieve positive outcomes.
