Course Description

Bonded retainer course for Orthodontic Therapists

This course introduces dental professionals to the principles and practice of fixed orthodontic retention. It covers the rationale behind long-term retention following orthodontic treatment, including the biological and mechanical factors that influence tooth stability. Participants will explore the various materials used in fixed retainers, such as wire types and bonding agents, and their clinical indications.
