Course Description
This fully funded course is suitable for dentists who would like to review materials used as alternatives to amalgam.
Course Aims
- The aims for this hands-on workshop is to highlight and experience non-amalgam filling products that can be used in posterior teeth.
Course Objectives
By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Discuss and plan options for cavity design and restoration
- Identify cavity designs and desired material selections
- Discuss likely future requirements for restoration selection
- Evaluate and apply isolation, matrices selection and placement
- Select and complete a restoration with appropriate finishing techniques
