- To equip attendees with knowledge and practical skills to address, challenge and prevent inappropriate behaviours.
- To promote a culture of safety, respect, and ethical practice in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Course Objectives
At the end of this session delegates should be able to:
- Define bullying and sexual harassment and recognise their manifestations in the workplace.
- Explain the potential impact of such behaviours on the team and patient care.
- Identify relevant frameworks that underpin appropriate workplace conduct.
- Discuss methods for addressing and managing incidents of bullying or harassment in the workplace.
- Commit to fostering a positive workplace environment aligned with professional and regulatory standards.
