Course Description

This interactive session invites DCTs to showcase the impactful changes they’ve implemented through audits and quality improvement initiatives. Participants will present their projects to a panel of educators and fellow trainees, highlighting service enhancements, innovative practices, and lessons learned. The session encourages peer-to-peer learning, celebrates good practice, and promotes the development of professional presentation skills. A competitive element will be included, with recognition awarded for the most outstanding presentation.

Course Aims

To provide Dental Core Trainees (DCTs) with a platform to present their Audit and Quality Improvement Projects to peers and educators, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence in clinical practice.

Course Objectives

• Demonstrate improvements in clinical service delivery through audit and QI projects.
• Share effective practices and inspire innovation among peers.
• Enhance confidence and competence in professional presentation skills.
• Engage in friendly competition to secure recognition for excellence.
