  • Understand behavioural management techniques for placing ‘Hall crowns’.
  • Demonstrate fitting a Hall technique crown in simple steps..
  • Understand causes of pain in paediatric patient.
  • Recognise signs and clinical presentations of a child in pain.
  • Discuss treatment options for children in pain.
  • Have an awareness of how to manage co-operative and non-co-operative children in pain.
  • Understand other factors involved in treating children.
