Course Description
This course is designed to equip supervisors with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively support trainees throughout their educational journey. Participants will explore practical methods and resources for identifying and addressing trainee needs, with a focus on creating supportive and responsive learning environments.

To support supervisors in recognising trainee needs and providing timely, appropriate guidance that helps trainees progress in a safe and supportive learning environment.
