3 Day leadership and management programme for dental nurses

Course Aims

• The aim of the programme is to provide participants with an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills as a manager.

• Understanding personal behaviour
• Challenges for first line managers

Day 2: 20th April 26

• Communication skills
• Time management principles: identifying problems and self-assessment
• How to motivate to improve performance

Day 3: 27th April 26

• Reconnection
• Managing conflict
• Emotional intelligence
• Building resilience
