NIMDTA Speaker Form

NIMDTA are responsible for organising the Facilitator’s flights/ accommodation as required. NIMDTA organise hand luggage only on flights unless otherwise notified by the traveller. NIMDTA will be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in line with their Schedule of Travel & Subsistence Entitlements. This can be found on the reverse of the expense claim form. A member of the Dental Team will be in contact with you to arrange flights and accommodation should this be necessary for the delivery of this course.

Outlined below are the agreed fees per course. NIMDTA fees are set by the Department of Health in line with the Medical and Dental Pay circular doh-tc8-2-2020.pdf (health-ni.gov.uk), page 20. Payment is based on the duration of the course. To ensure timely payment we ask that this Speaker Pack is fully completed, signed and returned to NIMDTA no less than one month before the course taking place.
