Course Description

Teamwork and Leadership Day for Foundation Dentists, Educational Supervisors and Dental Nurses

Aims

The aim of the day, is to bring together a large group of dentists and their dental nurses who work together. This will be completed in 2 parts, firstly in theory based presentations and then with practical workshops.

Objectives

• To enhance communication skills.
• To build self confidence.
• To build relationships and create a better morale.
• To accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.

Learning Content

All delegates will hopefully come away from the day with a better understanding of how working as a team, can influence and improve other aspects of their work.
