• Discuss the role and attributes of an effective Educational Supervisor • Develop an effective learning environment recognising the potential influences • Carry out a reliable assessment of FD performance • Plan and facilitate a structured teaching session • Supervise a satisfactory record of training progress • Identify and manage issues that arise during DFT • Support an FD in completing their APLAN requirements • List your contractual obligations as an Educational Supervisor
